Small Business Owners: Top-Of-Mind Awareness Focused Language

Small business owners need to keep this declaration top-of-mind awareness when you are creating, thinking and teaching everyone about your business:

"Your language must accurately and simply state/reflect what your business is all about by saying;
  1. Who you are, 
  2. What you do,
  3. How you solve your customers problems or needs." 
An example: I am a chocolatier, creating remarkable food, satisfying the varied tastes of chocolate lovers who desire healthy deserts.
    These three simple items, while not easy to keep consistently present with all your prospects and customers,  must be reflected across all your media presences regardless of the form used:  web, print media, video, audio, events postings, newsletters, etc.
